At Grahn’s we work on a variety of projects ranging in scale and style. No matter how big or small your project is you can expect high quality, tailored service every time. Through our involvement with a variety of commercial and residential projects we know that the key to success lies in regular communication, a mutual understanding of expectations and a clearly defined plan.

Here is what you can expect when working with us:


Consultation

Upholstery is an investment and we want to help make sure your piece will last for many years to come. We begin every project with an initial consultation. Here we discuss your project ideas, objectives, budget and timeline.

Consultations are available in person at our showroom in St. Paul or online by appointment.


Planning

After the initial consultation we begin to develop a plan for your project. We order fabric samples and gather the information necessary to create an estimate for your project. When the details are nailed down, we will send you an estimate for approval. If approved, we ask for a 50% deposit to order materials and secure your spot on our workroom calendar. Once fabric has been ordered, we will schedule a start date and plan the delivery of your project to the workroom.


Production

Upholstery is still almost entirely executed by hand. We rely on the expert craftspeople of our workroom to realize each and every project and to maintain the high quality standards that clients have come to expect from us.

Throughout the projects production phase we work closely with our general contractors, interior designers and residential clients to ensure expectations are met and timelines are kept.


Delivery

When it comes to getting your project back to you - we have a couple options for your convenience:

1. Organize your own third party delivery. Feel free to contact us for our trusted recommendations.

2. Deliver and Pick up your project personally. Once completed, we will set up an appointment for you to pickup your project.
